Today I did not have field experience because Grover Cleveland Middle School was cancelled again. So I woke up at about 10:30AM and got ready and then went to the dining hall for lunch. The food was not good again so I made a salad. I went to class at 12:30, it was another Education class, Science in Elementary Methods course. We did a fun experiment with planting seeds. After class I went to work in the preschool from 2-3. The kids are napping at that time because that is their nap time. I did some homework that needed to be done. After work I went back to my room and worked out. Then we all went to the dining hall for dinner. After dinner I went to my class from 5:30-9. That class is so long, it is my Education class for math in middle school methods course. We took a test and everyone presented their lesson plans. After class was finally over I came back and hung out for a while.

Snow

The snow keeps coming down in New Concord, Ohio. Many of counties in Ohio have been issued with winter storm warnings. Heavy snow is still expected to fall Monday, February 15, night, with a total of 4-8 inches and is expected to fall until 2:00 a.m. on tuesday. This means many of school will be closing for Tuesday, February 16th. This creates hassel for all the students who need to complete field experience hours for education classes during the semester. Also, many of the night classes are getting cancelled, which the students do not mind much! I'm not sure how I feel about the snow because on one hand it is allowing me to have more free time but then again I know I will have a lot of catching up to do once classes and schools are not being cancelled anymore.
